Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0.0 · Effective

This English version is provided for convenience; the Portuguese version prevails.

Fieli’s products help businesses communicate better with the people they serve. This policy describes what must not be done with them. It is part of the Terms of Use and applies to all customers and users.

  • Only send marketing messages to people who gave prior consent (opt-in) or with whom you have an appropriate legal basis (LGPD, art. 7).
  • Every marketing communication must offer a simple way to unsubscribe, and opt-out requests must be honored immediately.
  • Follow the WhatsApp Business commerce policy and each platform’s rules on messages and approved templates.

2. Contact lists and databases

It is prohibited to buy, rent, exchange or import contact lists without a legal basis, or to use data collected for another purpose without informing data subjects.

3. Electoral and political use

It is prohibited to use the products for electoral or party-political propaganda, mass sending of political content or any activity banned by Brazil’s Electoral Justice (TSE Resolution No. 23,610/2019).

4. Children, adolescents and sensitive data

  • It is prohibited to target advertising at, or create behavioral profiles of, minors (Law No. 15,211/2025, arts. 22 and 26).
  • Sensitive data — health, religion, sexual orientation, biometrics, among others — may only be processed when truly necessary and with a legal basis (LGPD, art. 11).

5. Platform rules

Use of the integrations with Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), Google (YouTube), TikTok and LinkedIn must follow each platform’s terms and policies. Violations may lead the platform to suspend accounts — and Fieli has no control over those decisions.

6. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to use the products for:

  • illegal, discriminatory or violent content, or content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright and image rights;
  • fraud, scams, phishing or password harvesting;
  • disinformation or misleading advertising (Consumer Defense Code, arts. 36 and 37);
  • messages impersonating another person, company or public body.

7. Artificial intelligence with review

In Fieli Posts and Fieli Tickets, content suggested by artificial intelligence must be reviewed by a person before it is sent or published. In Fieli Flow, the automated assistant answers based on the knowledge you registered and hands over to a person when it is not sure: configure it with accurate information and monitor the conversations. You are responsible for what you send or publish.

8. What Fieli does in case of violation

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts and notify authorities where required by law. Whenever possible, we warn first and give a chance to fix the issue.

9. Reports

To report abusive use of our products, write to contato@fieli.app. If the report involves personal data, write to the Data Protection Officer at dpo@fieli.app.
